How do I get rid of the pesky Microsoft pop up windows?
Bad news...you can't. One of the downers of the free website. But you can hide them. Just click and drag the window out of site, say down behind your start button for example, showing enough of the window so that you can close it later. By leaving it open (but out of site), you won't have to deal with it refreshing every time you click on a new page on my site.

Why do you call your pentathlon journal "three to five"?
Several reasons: 1. I felt like it needed a name since I have "e-musing" for my occasional journal, 2. Most of my rowing took place in the three seat, so in going from rowing to pentathlon I went from "three" seat to "five" events, 3. I was training for a triathlon in the fall of 1999 when someone suggested that I look into the pentathlon...another "three" to "five".

Why "threeseat" .com?
Because all of the good urls, like sean.com, sean.net, etc. were taken. As mentioned above, I spent a lot of time rowing in the three seat as well. So...threeseat seemed to fit perfectly.
